I have been designing and building homes for over 40 years. It was quite refreshing when David called and scheduled a time and actually showed up at the time given. He told me a time when the crew would start the project of removing and replacing 70 squares of roofing and they showed up at that time given. I appreciated that the crew who did the tear off was also the same crew that did the new installation. I really appreciated how the crew was conscience to the fact of cleaning up each and every day of the 12 days they were here doing a most excellent job on my personal residence.
Thank You Evergold Construction for caring for what you do!

Evergold did a great job on my roof installation. Mark was great at communicating and handled any concerns I had very promptly. I would say I'm a very picky customer, but I couldn't be happier with Evergold. The pricing was fair, and the workmanship was outstanding. I will be using them again for upcoming projects.

Evergold did a fantastic job on my roof. I was really happy with the work they provided. Conner came out and gave a great estimate and showed everything about the roofing system. I’m very pleased with their work The roof now looks great and it’s a huge weight off my back

Monday night it was raining and the tarp placement missed the mark to stop water from coming into the house. Evergold sent out Nestor and Miguel arriving in about a half hour, at 11pm to put up new tarping. Nestor quickly identified where he needed to tarp and they put in place tarping stopping the leak into the house. This wasn’t a good situation but they stabilized it.

The whole team at Evergold Construction were awesome. Our salesman David, who I met first is very polite and gives full transparency in the detail of how the roofing project was going to happen. He was always available if we had questions or concerns and when we did, it was quickly handled. Our project manager Vic was always available to hear and handle our concerns. His crew did the tear off and installation of our fantastic roof. I was concerned about some plywood pieces I wanted changed and with a call to Vic, it was done right after. I want to thank Chris and Oleg as well for helping to oversee the completion of this project. The insight and communication I witnessed was the most pleasing thing of all as everything went smoothly. From a leaky roof to a new one, thank you Evergold Construction.

Mark Frango of Evergold Construction from first contact with our in-home roof inspection to reaching a final cost to replace our intire roof went incredibly smooth and was surprisingly affordable. We absolutely love our quality new roof!

Note: Mark Frango was very transparent and always close-by to answer any of my questions or concerns.. Promptly.

My wife and I highly recommend
Evergold Construction.

Evergold was great to work with, glad i had them out they did my neighbors roof, my mom and i needed ours done so i asked them to come over and give me a estimate they ended up being my only 1 estimate because after meeting with there inspector connor i felt like i didn't need more and i saw there work being done already, which ironically they happened to be the best contractor i ever hired even though i just briefly looked them up, versus when i got my bathroom done I had three estimates and the contractor for our bathrooms. They didn’t do a good job. So I’m going to have Evergold redo do the bathroom we got done by someone else soon here too for my mom. Couldnt recommend them enough thank you guys!
